  • Free UK delivery when you spend £30 or more. (2-4 days excluding bank holidays and weekends). Please note that free delivery is only applied to orders where the final basket total is £30 or higher. Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can return a tub of treats and as long as the seal of the tub has not been broken.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
