Section 6 - Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

  • Automatic Renewal: You agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product at the frequency chosen during your order process. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your authorised payment method on file will be charged automatically prior to dispatch.

  • Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your PetAmaze Account Portal or by contacting customer support at support@petamaze.com. To avoid being billed for your next scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next automated billing date. Cancellations made after this window will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.

  • Promotions: Initial subscription discounts apply strictly to your first delivery. Ongoing renewals will be billed at our standard subscription rates unless stated otherwise.

Section 7 - Statutory Right of Withdrawal & 60-Day Guarantee

  • 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days without giving any reason. For subscription contracts involving the regular delivery of goods, this 14-day window begins the day after you receive the first product package.

  • Condition of Return: To receive a full refund under your statutory right, products must be completely unopened, unused, with all original security seals intact, and returned at the customer's expense.

  • Relation to the 60-Day Guarantee: This statutory 14-day right is entirely separate from our commercial 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. After the initial 14-day statutory period passes, any further claims or satisfaction returns are governed strictly by the specific terms laid out in our Refund Policy.

Section 8 - Accuracy of Billing, Shipping, and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • Address Errors: In accordance with our Shipping Policy, PetAmaze Ltd is not liable for items delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If an address error occurs, the customer must wait for the courier to return the item to our warehouse before a re-shipment can be arranged. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Section 9 - Third-Party Tools, Links, and Payment Gateways

We may provide you with access to third-party tools or links (such as payment processors including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna) over which we have no direct operational control.

  • You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsements.

  • Any complaints, claims, or questions regarding third-party platforms or services must be directed directly to the relevant third-party provider.

  • Scope: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, PetAmaze Ltd, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind — including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, veterinary fees, or replacement costs — arising from your use of any of our services or products.

  • Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall be strictly limited to the exact purchase price paid by you to PetAmaze Ltd for that specific item.

Section 12 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PetAmaze Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, contractors, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 13 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or legal claims arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
