1. Order Dispatch & Order Confirmations
We process and dispatch our high-quality pet supplies to ensure your pet gets what they need without delay.

Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding UK bank holidays and weekends).

Order Confirmation: Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not arrive in your main inbox.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We offer straightforward flat rates for Mainland UK addresses. For UK offshore territories, shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight and carrier rates. Please note that we do not ship to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.
⚠️ Important Note on Discount Codes (Mainland UK): Free Mainland UK delivery is strictly applied to orders where the final basket total after checkout discounts is £30.00 or higher. If applying a discount code reduces your overall subtotal to £29.99 or below, the standard postage cost (£4.99) will automatically apply.
3. Regional & Offshore Deliveries
While we strictly ship within the United Kingdom only, please note that for customers living in offshore territories or remote locations, shipping rates are calculated live at checkout by our courier partners. Additionally, transit times to these regions may take an additional 2 to 3 working days to arrive under standard offshore carriage rules. This applies to:

4. Missing Deliveries
While we partner with reliable couriers, occasional transit delays can happen. If your parcel has not arrived within our estimated windows:

Please wait up to 6 working days after placing your order before contacting us, as couriers will often deliver within this buffer window.

If it still hasn't arrived by the 6th working day, contact our dedicated customer service team at support@petamaze.com.

5. Incorrect Checkout Information & Address Errors
At PetAmaze Ltd, we are unable to accept responsibility for delivery information that has been entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout.

Catching Errors Early: If you notice an error in your shipping string, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot make changes once the item has physically shipped.

Returned Packages: If you have entered your address incorrectly and the package has already shipped, you will have to wait until the courier network officially returns the package to our warehouse before we can process a reshipment to your correct address.
