How do subscriptions work?
When you purchase one of our products as a subscription it is essentially setting up a recurring order. You specify how often you want to reorder the product which is then automatically processed and delivered to your door.
I have multiple dogs with different requirements, what do I do?
The great thing about subscription plans is that you can create multiple plans for the same product but with different delivery frequencies. Simply pick a product, set a delivery frequency and then add to basket. Repeat the process for each different product and delivery frequency.
What are the benefits of ordering a product on subscription plan?
Not only do you receive up to 25% off the web price but you can also receive exclusive discounts and gifts.
Can I cancel or make changes to my subscription plan?
Absolutely! There are no contracts or commitments. Simply login to your account where you can easily make changes to your subscriptions such as adding new products, skipping your next delivery, pausing or cancelling your subscription.
Can I skip a delivery?
Sure, go to the Manage my Subscription area, find your next up and coming order and choose 'Skip Delivery'.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
Login to your account and go to the subscriptions tab, there you can select the subscription you want to cancel. You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been cancelled and you will not be charged.
How do I edit my subscription plan?
Login to your account and select "My Subscriptions". From there, you can view the current products under your subscription and you can add/remove any products.
You can also pause, skip or edit your subscription plan.
Will I automatically be charged for my next order?
When you place your initial subscription order with us, you will be asked to choose your order frequency. You will then be charged based on the frequency you choose. Don't worry, we will email you 3 days before the due date to remind you in case you wish to skip or edit your upcoming order.
Can I have more than one subscription plan?
Absolutely, you can have as many subscriptions as you like. It is recommended if you have different products that require different delivery frequencies.
TOP TIP:A shipping fee is charged for all orders under £29.99 so keep this in mind when planning your subscriptions.
