Calming Collar for Dogs

I couldn’t be more happier with this collar, my English bulldog gets so scared in the car (even thought he goes in it all the time) we tried all sorted, calming treats/his favourite toys and nothing seems to have helped. We even talked to vets as was getting that bad but I really didn’t want to go down the tablet route. So I thought let’s give this a go and im so glad we did it really helped him and im so thankful as i hated seeing him so scared in the car

It helped with general restlessness more than proper panic. I’d use it again for travel or noisy evenings, not as the only answer for anxiety.

Didn’t suit him. He kept scratching at it and the scent seemed to annoy him, so we took it off.

Helped when visitors came round. Usually he barks for ages, but he gave up quicker.

Good size for my spaniel. The large was easy to adjust and didn’t rub.

Softer evenings here. She seems to lie down sooner instead of wandering about.

Not a miracle collar, but useful alongside training and a calmer routine.

Worked well for a long journey to Wales. Still panting a bit, but not shaking like usual.

Calmer on school mornings when the house is chaos. He doesn’t bark quite as much at everyone leaving.

Less pacing at night since wearing it. That alone makes it worth it for us.

Helped my rescue dog during her first week home. She still needed lots of reassurance, but she settled faster at night.

I was worried it would look silly on my little terrier, but once trimmed it sat neatly. The scent was noticeable but not awful.

Better than I thought. I was sceptical, but Baxter seems less twitchy with sudden noises.

Decent collar and doesn’t look silly on the dog, which I appreciate. I haven’t seen a massive change with barking, but he is a bit more settled during storms. Would like to see how long the scent lasts before deciding if I’d buy another.

Our cockapoo is one of those dogs who gets wound up very easily, especially if someone knocks or the kids are running around. Since using this she seems to come back down quicker. Not silent or perfect, just less on high alert all evening.

We’re doing training for separation worries and I bought this as an extra little support rather than a fix. It’s been useful on nursery drop-off mornings when the house is chaos and our dog usually gets worked up. He still needs his routine, but he seems less frantic.

Our rescue lurcher can be nervous with new sounds and people coming to the door. I got this without expecting miracles, but she does seem to recover faster after getting startled. That’s the main thing I’ve noticed, she doesn’t stay on edge for ages afterwards.

The collar was simple enough to adjust and trim, although I did check twice before cutting it because I didn’t want to mess it up. Our dog wore it without scratching at it which is always the main test here. We’ve noticed slightly less pacing when visitors come round.

This has been handy for our older dog who gets a bit unsettled in the evenings now. He’s not asleep all the time or anything dramatic, just seems less fidgety and easier to get comfortable. For the price I think it’s worth having.

I was worried the lavender smell would be too much as I’m quite sensitive to strong scents, but it’s actually softer than I expected once it’s out of the packet. Our dog doesn’t seem bothered wearing it. Too early to say if it’s a huge difference, but so far so good.

We tried it because our spaniel goes into full alert mode at every little sound after dark. The first day I wasn’t convinced, then by the end of the week she seemed to be barking less at nothing. Could be coincidence but I’ve kept it on because the house does feel calmer.

It helped a bit, but I don’t want to overstate it. My dog is still anxious when left alone, so this hasn’t fixed that, but around general evening restlessness it seems to take the edge off. I’ll probably keep using it but alongside other things, not on its own.

We used this on a couple of longer car journeys with Milo and he was definitely less whiny than usual. He still doesn’t love the car, to be fair, but there was less panting and moving about. I liked that we could just put it on before leaving and not have to remember drops or tablets.
