1. Place tip of bottle in upper part of ear canal
2. Gently squeeze the bottle, apply liberally into each ear canal.
3. Gently massage the outside of the ear canal before allowing your pet to shake its head.
4. Wipe away any visible dirt and ear wax with cotton wool.
Tip: If ears are very dirty, repeat the application. After use, close dispense. For puppies/kittens over 12 weeks old.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can return a pouch of chews as long as the seal of the pouch has not been broken.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
